不良品以外の返品や交換は基本的に受け付けておりません。
下記の場合、対応いたしませんので、ご了承ください。
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items.
Please note that we will not respond to the following cases.

●縫製が粗い。
  Rough sewing.
●ボタンの穴が開いていないが、ハサミなどでお客様が対応できる場合。
  When there is no button hole, but the customer can handle it with scissors, etc.
●イメージ違い。
  The image is wrong.
●サイズが合わない。
  The size does not fit.
●ご注文確定後のキャンセル。
  Cancellation after the order is confirmed.

お客様が購入された商品は、出荷する前に万全な検査しており、
検査時の写真・検査結果の履歴も残しております。
万が一、不良品があった場合、同じ商品をもう一度送ることで対応させていただきます。
その時、不良品は返品する必要はございません。
